What is Xado

XADO is NOT an oil additive!!  XADO does NOT change the characteristics or viscosity of the oil in any way. However, we do use the oil to INITIALLY deliver XADO to the moving parts of your engine. Once there, the heat and friction created by the engine's moving parts triggers a process which bonds the XADO product with the microscopic metal particles that are already present in the oil.

XADO particles and metal shaving from the oil form a CERMET (ceramic / metal) layer that in turn bonds with the metal surfaces of the engine. This new CERMET surface is harder (XADO CERMET surface has a Rockwell rating of 320 (metal = 90; diamond = 420)) and smoother than the original metal and will last a minimum of 60,000 to 100,000 miles.

XADO is added into the parts friction zone with regular lubricant and working fluid. Using the friction energy XADO forms the protective coating and restores the worn parts.

This CERMET surface produces far less heat and friction and allows the engine to run more efficiently. XADO creates a perfectly smooth surface by filling in the micro-crevices in the metal parts caused by friction and wear. In doing so, using XADO increases engine compression, reduces fuel consumption, reduces noise and vibration, decreases emissions and increases the durability and life of engine.

Where did XADO come from?
XADO is "a brand new product that's 30 years old". It was discovered accidentally north of Siberia in the early 70's when workers discovered that when they drilled in a certain area, their drill bits were not wearing out. The ground was analyzed and an ore was discovered that, when introduced to high temperatures, created a ceramic-like layer on metal tools. In the early 90's, this ore was synthesized and marketed in Europe for use in engines, tools and machinery. Use of XADO quickly spread to over 120 countries. In 2003, a U.S. patent was issued for the XADO product and process, and it is now introduced in Canada.
